I am an Assistant Professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychologist at Towson University interested in the areas of recruitment, teams, and human factors and ergonomics. My teaching interests include Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Statistics, Study Abroad, and Introduction to Psychology. I am also actively involved in Towson University's Psi Chi/Psychology Club Chapter, Human Factors and Ergonomics Team, and I/O Research Group.
